Thanks for the candid feedback. Good numbers and performance should be the primary reason for advancement at Build.com, period. However, I've seen some people get looked over not because of cliques, but more because they didn't assert themselves and express an interest in promotion. We're not that good at picking people out, its important that you raise your hand and constantly hound / apply for new opportunities. I hope this advice carries you forward in your future career!
