9yGlad you enjoyed the pay and environment. As far as the corporate mindset goes, I think the difference between us and other companies is brutal honesty and transparency on why we exist and what we do. We try and "own" the fact that we're in business to generate sales and revenue by providing customer delight. We don't have one of those BS corporate mantras that doesn't address the biggest elephant in the room. We're a business that really enjoys growth ( revenue / profits / and employees ).
Its not a matter of money vs employees. The more people we hire, the more money we make! We try and keep raises rising faster than any of our peers, and we always try and tie compensation as closely as we can to sales. ( doesn't work in all cases but we try. )
Appreciate your time here, and I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. We'll look to do better for others.
