Pros

Coworkers are genuine and seniors are incredibly helpful and pull their weight Great environment, very lax culture Lots of opportunities to move laterally/vertically

Cons

Management is always rolling out changes and at times do not provide effective transparency and communication Department infrastructure is convoluted and many big promises are brought to the table but rarely delivered High chance of burnout if you can't do spreadsheets every day

Pros

My direct manager has been absolutely amazing at supporting me in my role, communicating clearly, and helping me to achieve my professional goals. The Marketing Department as a whole is a dynamic atmosphere that's constantly changing which makes it a fun, fast paced place to work. My team makes me feel valued and eager to come into work. Build has gone above and beyond to support all of their associates during this pandemic. I am beyond proud to work for a company that puts my health and the health of my family first. I also find it extremely easy to communicate with our Executives. They're all very approachable and a lot of them have started from the ground up with their positions.

Cons

If you expect to do the same job every single day without shifting gears, this isn't the company or department for you. Build does not encourage a stagnant work ethic or a lack of accountability. I've been with the company for over 3 years now, and with the Marketing team for a little over a year. The only time I've ever seen someone get fired, it was a direct result of their lack of work ethic or accountability.

Pros

Great people, decent benefits, good pay for the area. Lots of opportunity to learn, grow, and try new things if you are willing to put yourself out there.

Cons

It is and has been going through a lot of change. Just roll with it.
