Pros

Great Co workers, caring supervisors, lots of free food and events at work. Paid holidays and full time positions usually

Cons

In customer experience, there is not much room for growth. It is a newer department to the company so they are still building it.

Pros

Love my coworkers, my job and the environment I work in. I feel valued and empowered to do the best I can in my role every day. Great pay is a major contributor to the feeling valued part :) Work-life-balance is a huge contributor to the success of Build's employees. HR puts on some great events throughout the year that makes work a little more exciting which is much appreciated. We work our butts off so don't think you can come to Build and think it is easy street.

Cons

Change happens fast and swift. So fast that at times leaving the company in the dark about why things are happening when honesty would be the best way to handle some of the changes.
