Pros

They don't lie about having a good time in and outside of work

Cons

I felt like I was back in High school The compensation was not good enough for me to stay I didn't feel like I was in sales, it felt a lot more like I was a customer service rep who did not get paid enough to deal with all the crap that I did!

Thanks for the review. Yes, its a tough job. Super tough. If you don't find your way out of post sales support, its likely that is why you ended up frustrated and not recommending us. Post sales is an entry point into pre sales, chat, or account management. Those positions are much more fulfilling rather than having to deal with difficult customer challenges. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

relaxed environment, great perks, and can make a lot of money - drink the juice and conform, then you're in like flynn.

Cons

make sure you are friends with the loud people - they draw the most attention, whether they are good at their job or not doesn't matter. - if you don't drink the juice and be a part of the crowd, you will be cast out and be the first in your department to be criticized. - they preach forward momentum and always push the limits, but they use the excuse that things are always changing as a crutch as to why nothing ever gets done in a timely manner. - they also believe in promoting from within, even with position and jobs that have been done before, so the "new" person has to figure it out, or they google the job description lol so, no real progress is made.

Thank you for the review. As far as your pro's go. We're big fans of making sure that we all have a similar world view. We're sales focused, customer service focused, and enjoy a fun and loud work environment. In your pro's you say to make friends with the loud people. I won't deny that sales here is not a ideal position for a wallflower. As far a "drinking the juice" I think its important for any company you work for that you adapt to the culture. If you didn't embrace the culture, you probably didn't enjoy your time here. As far a promoting from within, I don't see this as a con. I agree with your criticism around asking people to pioneer new things. Its difficult and challenging and we can likely do a better job providing more guidance for new upstart ideas. As far as leading people to success, when it comes to entrepreneurial green-fielding, we try and create an environment and culture that encourages some failures. If you aren't failing, you aren't trying enough as a company. It may have been a lack of communication that left you feeling so jaded. I hope you find better success in future endeavors.

Pros

Helpful coworkers and supervisors for the most part. They try to provide outlets for their employees, Beer Fridays, Ping Pong, Foosball, video game consoles. Laid back work environment when it comes to the social aspect, no one cares if you drop an 'F-bomb'. Good starting pay rate for the area.

Cons

It's sales so its naturally cut throat (to an extent), competitive and somewhat stressful. If you are not a good multi tasker you have no chance here. Lots of product knowledge to learn in the beginning which can be overwhelming, though you will become familiar with it.

Thank you for the feedback. Your review is pretty accurate, and we have been accused often being a tough environment. We do ask a lot, but try and provide a lot.
