Thanks, glad you are enjoying your time here. Communication is a constant theme I hear here in regards to difficulties in understanding what is going on at any given time. Lots of management at Build are new to leadership roles and this feedback helps. We can do better. Thank you for your suggestion.

I think you hit the pro's pretty well. I'd of course add more but I'd be embellishing. As far as the cliques.. Difficult to understand, as that means so many different things to different people. Build is a tight knit community of passionate people. The work hard play hard mantra extends to lots of out of office activities. It is definitely department focused as you see IT hanging out with IT people and marketing people spending more time with marketing people, et cetera. If you didn't feel accepted by your department, I apologize for that and we can do better to be more inclusive.
