Solid culture and great energy. BuildOps has the best aspects of a relatively young organization. Specifically, entrepreneurial, ambitious, driven people who want to win. The ability to come in and quickly make a difference is very satisfying. In addition, growth companies have to walk the knife's edge between letting smart, talented people run when they see opportunities to make positive change and setting up process/guardrails to avoid wasting resources when multiple people see and act on the same opportunity. I would argue the leadership at BuildOps is doing a good job finding balance. I seldom find myself thinking, "This should have been an email."
