Chaotic - But Happy!

Pros

With Mike McCranie as the CIO, I have seen such a drastic and positive change in the IT environment here. The morale has lifted by leaps and bounds, teamwork and inter-IT-department (specifically) relationships have gotten exponentially better, and I personally feel valued. I even, surprisingly, feel that Information Security is taken seriously more here than I have seen it taken in other place I have worked. I am VERY happy here and Mike McCranie, my CISO Brian Wilk and my supervisor make me feel like I am a valued member of the team and company... which is important for me as a person AND as a woman!

Cons

I do wish that advancements in technology and in-house personnel would be acquired more quickly. I do not want this company to think MSPs are the answer to everything.
