      Well, the paychecks have not bounced.

      BFS has destroyed the ProBuild brand and employee morale in the areas already converted, most people are desparatley seeking other jobs. Absolutely backwards company, wearing blinders for the past 2 decades. No interest in moving into two 21st century. They honestly do not know any better. They believe their way is the only way, no interest at all in embracing any of ProBuilds policies or procedures, as the bigger, more successful company; therefore, the overall acquisition of ProBuild is set for failure.

      Pros

      Able to gain a lot of knowledge and skills, but it was trial by fire. No actual training. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      No room for growth and no attention paid to females with brains and ideas. No actual training program in place and thinking outside the box was discouraged. A company set in their ways and no one will change that.
