Management piles work on the Support Reps, while their OSR's reap the monetary benefits. Management will happily lie about future positional growth to increase individual workload of ISR's without any compensation. Few paid holidays, overtime not allowed (most ISR's do it without pay to keep up), management has terrible follow-through, inventory/stocking issues, insulting commission structure, bad communication, stressful environment, outdated programs, high-employee turnover rate, management does not listen to employees... I could continue. Save yourself the impending heart attack or high-blood pressure and look elsewhere for a career.

Tough to meet commission. Difficult to manage projects with lead times and production schedules.
