Biggest bunch of hypocrites that I have ever worked with. They interview like they only want to hire people who are positive and like to collaborate and work as a team. Had maybe two departmental meeting the entire time I was there. Met with my boss, a maximum of three times in two years. Nobody in the department talked to one another and constantly gossiping behind closed doors. Work was not a priority to anyone there. Such a great company with such terrible leadership.

We are now a BIG corporate company. We have always had the ability in the past to make decisions at the local level, but now we seem to be directed by a corporate team. As we have grown, our local levels of management have increased causing a lot of redundancy and poor communication. Our benefits are terrible for a company our size. With each acquisition, our benefits have deteriorated.
