Very disorganised. Very poor management from store level up at most places. Long hours due to lack of planning/communication. Most equipment is old and maintenance is secondary to the bottom line. Most locations barely have enough employees to do the work. Each location is operated independently and do not assist other locations often. Don't expect any decent wage increases or promotions worth taking.

The organization works primarily with residential new home builders and 2016 has been a rough year for the sector. Growth in home sales will likely not be seen until the Energy sector rebounds from the decline that began in late 2014.
