Pros
Thought taking half of a good job would make more money. Nope still barely getting by with my bills still not make over 40,000 a year. But now I don't get profit shares. And also, I didn't realize I'm thr only one who doesn't get a Christmas bonus because I half get get commission and half not. So that is horrible treatment.
