Low pay for 5-10 years with hopes of getting a sales position. All of the sales positions are locked in until they retire or get fired. Overturn in management makes it increasingly more difficult to move forward in company.

VERY poor management. Next to zero accountability. No concept of personal time. Not willing to give pay raises. No acknowledgment of achievements. No chances or offers of lateral movement in the company. Poor training. Regular refusal for doctor appointments or needing to leave early after giving 1 -2 weeks notice. Time off during inclement weather takes away your vacation time then your sick time.
