Don't want to pay the appropriate wage for all the duties they expect you to perform!!!!!

Leadership is all male-dominated and nepotism is king! Unethical behavior at its finest! If you know the right people you can name your position and double your salary in six months without a degree or experience. If you have experience and knowledge you can be ousted if any one of leadership’s pawns doesn’t like you. The legal department is crooked and uses any and all “illegal” tactics to “resolve” a situation. HR is no help. They are in leadership’s pocket. What’s the point of open-door policy if HR just reports it right back to the leaders and person of interest?
