Most equipment is old. Barely have enough employees to do the work out in the yard. Each location is operated independently and doesn't assist other locations very often. Don't expect any decent wage increases. Working on Saturday mornings and sale maybe $500 for the store.

Management promotes friends over expierance and routinely violates policy on hiring people which inturn voilates Sarbanes-Oxley for a publicly traded company. No real option for advancement. No training for current employees to possibly move up.
