Pros

Average pay and benefits. Great place if you don't want to move up. Not much else in the positive category.

Cons

Management promotes friends over expierance and routinely violates policy on hiring people which inturn voilates Sarbanes-Oxley for a publicly traded company. No real option for advancement. No training for current employees to possibly move up.

It hasn't been a pleasant work experience to say the least. The supervisor talks down to you every chance he gets.

It's a work out. The staff other than the supervisor is friendly and very helpful with everything.

Cons

The hours fluctuate badly. They aren't consistent and the communication is terrible with the supervisor.

Cons

Total lack of organization or respect from upper management. Parent company treats employees in recently acquired company as borderline subhuman.
