      -Unique environment , where employee wellness doesn't end a providing health benefits ( which are extremely generous) I have never worked at another carrier which has free Yoga classes, Cycling Club, EAP Program, rewards and contests for healthy initiatives . -AM Best A rated carrier -Flexible schedules -Great people ,accessible management and leadership -Collaborative work environment -New opinions and ideas are genuinely valued and recognized -Education Reimbursement - Unique and relevant courses and education available for policyholders, - Extensive training -Advancement opportunities -job stability

      Cons

      No downside, unless you are someone who is seeking a super corporate, anonymous culture, and prefer the slow moving, silo type of company structure

      Pros

      Great company to work for. The company cares about it's employees and work-life balance. Other employees are always willing to help out and made me feel very comfortable here after I started working.This is by far the best company I have ever worked for!

      Cons

      The system they use from their vendor is a bit out-dated.

      Pros

      lots of potential for strong growth, smaller company you get to work with all parts of the organization and have the opportunity to learn about the insurance industry, strong leaders in certain parts of the company

      Cons

      They tend to provide promotions based on tenure and not on accomplishments or knowledge of work fields, pay is extremely below market, department leadership tends not to listen to advice of its employees, Extremely small company mentality with a lack of professionalism
