      Pros

      Competitive compensation, numerous career opportunities, solid corporate values and committed senior leadership. My follow employees all agree that the company truly cares about their employees and it shows. We know what is expected of us and are given the tools to get the job done. Politics don't t seem to come into play too much.

      Cons

      Not a lot. The company is still growing but there aren't a ton of new jobs being created. Most of the opportunities for promotion come from turnover in existing positions which doesn't happen that often since it's a great place to work.

      Great culture! Company has very professional atmosphere but still allows for fun and laid back demeanors, a healthy balance! Great Benefits!

      Cons

      Not always greatest understanding of inter-department responsibilities. Issues may get passed from department to department.

      Pros

      The people at BMIC are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and working together as a team. The company is dedicated to providing all employees the opportunity to learn and grow and to advance in their career. BMIC is flexible when it comes to taking care of your family and getting the job done. There are terrific benefits- 401k match, healthcare, $100 annual reimbursement for gym fees, giving back to the community through Habitat for Humanity, the American Heart Association and Relay for Life. BMIC cares about their employees as much as they care about their customers.

      Cons

      Small company, so opportunities to advance to management and higher levels are fewer than larger companies.
