There are very few pros when they do not acknowledge the wrong they have caused to so many people.

Cons

This place ridded themselves of great employees and kept the ones that fell in line. If you think this is the place for you, expect to fall in line. There is no place but out once you work there. You will get stuck doing work that pays double in most other companies.

There was a decent culture when I had started.

Cons

Buildertrend sold to an investment company a few years back and it went downhill very quickly. Everything became micromanaged, I was constantly stressed out and felt like I was being monitored 24/7. The three founders publicly donated around 1.3 Million dollars to local right wing politicians, while preaching how our profits were too low. We
