Opportunity to join employee groups and meet a lot of people who do great work.

Cons

The culture and mood of the company has really changed over the years. The flexibility and work/life balance has started to dissipate and upper management is not supportive of the individual contributor. They fire anyone who voices concerns about the toxicity or mismanagement.
