      Pros

      Buildertrend is a place where you’re trusted to do meaningful work and grow fast. The culture is team-oriented and supportive, with leaders who are accessible and open to feedback. Things move quickly, so it’s a good fit if you like a challenge and want to be part of building something that’s constantly evolving. The people are genuinely great - smart, driven, and fun to work with.

      Cons

      As the company scales, some processes are still evolving. There’s opportunity to help shape how things work, but it requires flexibility and openness to change.

      Pros

      - Truly amazing company culture, supportive, fun, and high-performing without the burnout. - Leadership has made meaningful changes that are driving results and creating real clarity. Very transparent at all levels of leadership which helps everyone continue to know what we are pushing for. - Great perks including wellness initiatives, team events, and strong benefits including a month long sabbatical for tenured employees. - People genuinely care about doing great work and helping each other grow. - There’s a strong sense of momentum, we’re headed in the right direction and it shows. - Great office atmosphere including events and lunch provided everyday.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, some internal processes are still catching up to our growth, but they’re actively being addressed.
