Pros

Free drinks, bar opens up at 4, they typically have food, culture is great and everyone wants you to succeed. If you dont mind a bunch of cold calling (about 22 every hour) and you are good at it, this could be an amazing place. But if you don't perform you will get put on a PIP (which to be fair that will happen at any job, but in this case it doesnt matter if you have been there for 3 years or 3 months, if you dont get people to buy then you are out)

Cons

The Job itself.... It's a fine job but i have a hard time putting it in the Pros section. It is a good starter job. The goal is to make 165 calls a day and even then you will still be told to make more calls. The average call is calling a contractor that's up on a roof or mixing concrete and wants nothing to do with the software. You get your teeth kicked in sometimes but honestly for a starter job its good to learn how to handle rejection and try and find why they are saying no, The training is like 2-3 weeks long and after that you are on the phones. If you are there for over 3 quarters, you are considered a veteran because the retention rate is super low. Not a job you would want to make your next carrier move to.
