150-175 calls per day is kinda insane and leads to quick burnout. Also the people you are cold calling HATE you

There was a decent culture when I had started.

Cons

Buildertrend sold to an investment company a few years back and it went downhill very quickly. Everything became micromanaged, I was constantly stressed out and felt like I was being monitored 24/7. The three founders publicly donated around 1.3 Million dollars to local right wing politicians, while preaching how our profits were too low. We
