Pros

A unique employer in Omaha that values its employees and goes above and beyond to provide great benefits for employees. The company has grown a ton, and while that comes with it's set of pains, and drawbacks, the people here are some of the nicest and most talented out there. entry-level Sales and CS roles can be a grind but there is opportunity for career growth if you're willing to raise your hand and put in the effort.

Cons

It's a private equity backed company, and private equity exits to get a return on their investment, sometimes at the detriment of the customer and employees. A somewhat necessary evil in today's SaaS market.

Pros

There are very few pros when they do not acknowledge the wrong they have caused to so many people.

Cons

This place ridded themselves of great employees and kept the ones that fell in line. If you think this is the place for you, expect to fall in line. There is no place but out once you work there. You will get stuck doing work that pays double in most other companies.
