Pros

Genuinely nice owners with above average pay for the role, some opportunities for growth

Cons

Inconsistent treatment from employee to employee, no hr, penalizing point system for lateness or absences including covid related absences, bonus based on attendance not performance, little appreciation or recognition for rbts from supervisors, poor communication from clinical director and an emphasis on professionalism and appearances rather than quality services provided

Pros

The co workers are nice but some will back stab you and snitch on you if you aren’t doing everything 100% perfect

Cons

The pay is garbage. You start out of $17.75 if you have no prior experience. People would work there for 2 years and only make $19 / hour.
