Great leaders across the board. Really strong business challenges & the support to rise to those challenges. Strong & genuine team morale across the entire company. Small enough company where you can still feel close to the impact your work has on our growth.

Cons

Perks are bit grey in how they're utilized. Salary comp isn't as competitive as I'd like it to be, but we'll likely get there.
