Pros

Buildium is a fantastic company to work for. The qualities at the top of my Pro list include nimble (most of the time), employees who are motivated and have mutual respect for each other regardless of title, transparency, focus on revenue and growth AND customer happiness.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive. There is no legit bonus structure and for a software company in Boston, that's a big miss. Like most fast-growing companies there are growing pains that can cause major projects to get stalled at the 11th hour.
