Consistent leads. Decent Product. Lots of greenfield opportunities.

Cons

Very corporatized after Real Page took over. Merrit based raises. Low base pay compared to other tech sales jobs. Just a number on a sheet and Real Page does not care about you.

Cons

Its been through two acquisitions which took away its startup feel but as a result, the product has become much more competitive and is a leader in the space.
