Pros

To say it simply, I love my job, the people I work with, and Bullhorn itself. The work itself is very fast-paced, which is great for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and working under tight deadlines and under pressure. Assisting coworkers is encouraged, which fosters a more positive, friendly environment that's helpful for working towards mutual goals. Also, again, the people are amazing, so it's legitimately wonderful to be able to problem-solve and work with them! The company has a lot of great benefits like awesome medical/dental insurance, impressive paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, free lunches on Wednesday and free breakfasts on Friday, the company takes us out to a local bar on the first Thursday of every month, and they host a free workout class twice a week at the office for anyone who wants to go now. Another great thing that's recently been implemented is our Fun Fridays--our most recent being Dog Day, which was a big hit with everyone! Then there was mini golf, weird/nasty soda and beer tasting, and Fancy Friday to name a few more. Dog Day obviously wins, but they have all been really cool ways to finish off the week.

Cons

Communication between departments isn't what it could be, but that's something management has identified and is actually working to improve currently. It's been a pain point, but I'm willing to bet that will be improving soon and I'm excited to see it!

Wow, this is an awesome review! Getting insight like yours on what's going well is so helpful in ensuring we continue it (i.e. Fun Fridays.) Thank you for recognizing our work to continuously improve interdepartmental communications, as well.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. They have a very open culture. I have never worked somewhere that even as an entry level employee I felt this comfortable approaching people in any department or at any level of management and discussing concerns, or having a general conversation. It's like titles don't exist sometimes and we are all on the same level. No matter what you are concerned about you are heard out and taken seriously I've never been made to feel like my concern didn't matter. We have started doing fun Fridays in support so we have goofy drink day with off flavors, a baking competition, we had dogs in the office for a couple hours, and more its a blast. I truly look forward to coming to work every day.

Cons

I can't really think of anything with in the companies control that I am dissatisfied with.

Pros

I have only been working for Bullhorn for a little over 6 months now but from the time that I have started, I have seen nothing but the utmost importance placed on the work environment and happiness of its employees. While maintaining a professional environment, Bullhorn has found a way to make sure that employees, no matter what their roll, feel part of the team and that their ideas and concerns are heard. Weekly one on ones and team meetings address updates and take feedback on all these updates from employees who are working with clients the most. Leadership works to develop your career within Bullhorn and helps decide what can be done to work toward your short term and long term goals within Bullhorn. Weekly free lunches, breakfasts, and monthly happy hours for the whole company to network and relax shows that Bullhorn is willing to invest in the happiness and mental health of their employees. And none of that is to mention the average satisfaction of our customers being at an abnormally high level which goes to show the quality of the training and leadership that goes into the daily functioning of Bullhorn. I have been very happy with Bullhorn in these first 6 months, and I hope to make it a long and happy career!

Cons

I have thought long an hard about any downsides to life at Bullhorn and I have yet to think of any. The benefits are too good?
