Pros

The people are really fun to work with and we get good benefits and there are perks such as lunch on Wednesday and breakfast on Friday. We go out for drinks on the company every first Thursday of a month.

Cons

A little too driven on experience when promoting. For younger people with little to no experience, it feels hard to make solid moves within the organization. Pay is low for the work we are expected to perform. The job can feel like a call center from time to time.

Promotions aren't awarded from time in role, but from becoming an expert at mastering various situations and issues- many of which you'll only experience as you gain tenure in your position. If there are certain skills that you notice those being promoted have, talk to your Supervisor about how you can work on those. We're happy you enjoy the environment and people (Bullhorn employees are the best!) Keep working hard and raising your hand for new things.

Pros

From a workflow standpoint, the leadership is incredibly accessible - that creates a well-oiled work environment that fosters immense production Great variety of benefits which include weekly free breakfast and lunch, monthly social outings, fruit and ceral, and the usuals (health care, 401k, etc.) The people here really care about the work that they do and the people they work with -- love this

Cons

Sort of a pro but because the work environment fosters great interest in the work that you do, work-life balance can take a hit There is a certain culture, which HR does a good job to find a good fit, but I can see how if a person didn't fit into the culture, heavy socializing with co-workers, it could be a lonely experience

Your advice to management is so simple but so effective, and something that we can all put more effort into. Having leaders that are in touch with all employees is one of the great things about Bullhorn, and we need to make sure that everyone feels that way. Thank you for bringing this up!

Pros

In addition to building a thriving SaaS business, Bullhorn's leadership has also cultivated an inclusive and welcoming environment. The HPEL program (High Potential Entry Level) offered me an opportunity to join such a great organization with very little experience right out of college. Within Bullhorn, I have had the opportunity to grow professionally and expand my skillset. I have learned so much from my experiences here, my coworkers, and my leaders that I will undoubtedly take with me to any future endeavors. Bullhorn's commitment to training and nurturing employees while providing them with unlimited channels for growth has always been one of my favorite aspects of the company and something unique to the Bullhorn culture. Additionally, all of the employee perks that Bullhorn has offered to me have really changed my prior assumptions on corporate culture. In addition to the 401k match, the free meals, the open bars, and the fabulous new office space, I also take advantage of the employee gym; having the flexibility to blow off some steam and refocus in the middle of the day has increased my productivity and speaks to the focus Bullhorn has on work/life balance. Overall, I would say that Bullhorn has provided me with a great environment to start my career as well as the chance to work with some amazing people. I have gained many role models through my time here and look forward to the things the company will do in the future.

Cons

Bullhorn has experienced some growing pains (to be expected) but these are vastly outweighed by the overall employee experience and have created a lot of learning opportunities for employees of all levels.
