Pros

- Your peers and Managers are lovely, always are willing to assist where needed. - Offered a great Remote opportunity. - Unlimited PTO. - Work is very linear, most of the time every problem has a step by step guide that you can use to help you.

Cons

- The position doesn't pay enough for how much work you do. The challenge of being in a fast paced environment should be awarded appropriately. - The training was weirdly organised. They would start you off slow and hold your hand, but then it quickly ramps up towards the last 10% of your Training and you just get pushed into the deep end. When I had my training, I was required to be in continuous Zoom calls for at least 5-6 hours in the day and I was asked to have my webcam on constantly. That isn't healthy. - QA metrics are designed for that high CSAT score, but they are unrealistic to maintain, and you are reduced to acting like a robot in order to meet those standards. You are expected to close a certain amount of tickets per week which is doable, but not when the system works against you by ignoring the outlier cases that every Support person has to deal with. The system rewards closing quick and easy tickets over challenging tickets. - To enhance how robotic they want you to act as a Support, there's a plethora of Knowledge Base articles telling you how to say things in a very exact and precise order. Most customers will respond in a way that isn't in line with how the article thinks they will respond, unsurprisingly. We are technical analysts, not an answering machine. - You are Supporting a constantly broken system, with most issues not having a solution on the horizon. Be prepared to share a lot more bad news than you usually might.

We look at comp and benefits routinely, at every hire, every promo, every quarter to ensure that we have internal and external equity. We did a large salary lift off-cycle in Q3 last year, specifically for our support team and will continue to evaluate pay frequently to ensure we have a pulse on the market. You are correct about Bullhorn being a fast-paced environment. We're on the cutting edge of technology and we need to move fast and innovate continuously. To that end, we strive to make our interviews and our training process reflective of what the job will be. Metrics are a key part of this and during training there is a sliding scale to ensure we ramp new hires into production. These metrics move with the market and are continuously evaluated. I am going to take a look into them with the team next week and validate that we are on the mark. If you want to share some specific details or points of worry please reach out to me via email. I'm really happy to hear that you enjoyed your peers, Managers, and remote work. We'll continue to evolve as we grow and I sincerely appreciate the feedback. - Steven Warfield, SVP, Global Support
