Pros

Great work environment and culture. They live their values of "delivering an incredible customer experience" for both their clients and their workforce. Great benefits and work environment. You work hard, but have fun.

Cons

With the rapid growth, need to be a quick learner to our offerings. (They provide great training on the product!!)

Pros

Bullhorn is growing at an amazing rate. Revenue, new hires, and internal promotions are all exceptionally high. Bullhorn still manages to pay close attention to company culture and cultivate a personal close-knit feel despite high growth. Monthly regional company get-togethers, lunch on Wednesdays, and breakfast on Fridays are just a few examples of perks that are offered which ultimately bring together employees from different divisions on a weekly basis.

Cons

As with any company growing at a rapid rate, there can be some growing pains. As departments change their structure, workflow processes, and goals there is an adjustment period.

Pros

Growing quickly. There are lots of opportunities to advance. Salary was competitive in St. Louis. Bullhorn is the market leader in the recruiter ATS industry. Some exposure to enterprise level.

Cons

People are moved into positions that they don't have skills or experience for and it shows. Constant restructuring when I was there made everyone feel uneasy if there job would be there the next day. Sink or swim attitude.

I'm really sorry to hear that you felt there was a sink or swim attitude. We never want employees to feel that way. From your post it sounds like there were some things going on that I'd like to learn more about. Would you be willing to contact me at kcastelda@bullhorn.com?
