I joined Bullhorn UK in the very early days and found the entrepreneurial startup feel both addictive and hugely rewarding for both my career and personal gains. The management team have worked very hard on ensuring there is a great culture and a employee benefits package which is leading the sector: Salary Incentives, Wednesday lunch, Nights out and Presidents Club. Bullhorn is the recruitment sector market leading CRM and the product team are extremely driven, passionate, innovative and work very tightly with customers to deliver value. Working for an US high growth business means that you will need to understand the values of working hard otherwise this is not the company for you. However, you will be paid well, treated like an adult and given the flexibility to get the work life balance correct. My role at Bullhorn has given me the benefit of getting to work with so many of you and I'll take some very fond memories with me. Cons
Because Bullhorn is growing at an incredible speed it will mean that your role could change very quickly, which can go one of two ways, either you're on a fast promotion path or you could be left feeling that your career aspirations left wanting because hiring externally for the business delivers faster results.
