      With growth can come stress, many people prefer a 9-5 job that they can check in and out to. This isn't really that type of job.

      - Great opportunities for organic, vertical/lateral growth - Outstanding company culture and benefits (which are getting even better with addition of 401k match and maternity/paternity benefits) - Strong mentorship and employee health programs - Breaking into the CRM space with tremendous growth, so it's a great time to join

      Cons

      - Surprisingly high management turnover - Some issues with inter-departmental communication - (Pro/con depending) Likely relocating to new building near Downtown Crossing Station
