Pros

Company growing at a rate of knots in all areas. Lots of companies have lofty ambitions but few can realise them, Bullhorn is executing and winning. Looks after staff very well - work hard and play hard. Free lunch on a Wednesday on the outside deck in the middle of CBD is pretty cool.

Cons

None really. A lot going on so you need to be ready for change and adapt accordingly.

Pros

Working at Bullhorn has been such a great experience. The culture is very relaxed and the hours are reasonable. The leadership team seems to be very focused on making sure that employees experience is positive. We have free lunches every week, once a month parties, and more spontaneous celebrations that I can count. On top of this, the company itself is in a really exciting growth pattern that will bring a lot of opportunity for current and new employees.

Cons

Need to change some policies around comp for strong junior employees.

Pros

-Energetic team moving quickly. -Encourages and fosters innovation from the team up. -Empowers the team to own their work start to finish. -Everyone seems to like to have fun while they're doing the above. -Lots of chances to push yourself and take on new things.

Cons

-Lots of growth means a lot of new faces to learn. Sometimes not sure if someone is in my group or not right away. -Have to pay to park where the office is (no surprise in Clayton though).
