Pros

Bullhorn employ incredibly talented individuals who need to be challenged to remain engaged. This makes for a great culture and a very exciting and fast pasted business to work with.

Cons

When you work in an organisation that is experiencing such significant growth, it's difficult to stay ahead of the hiring plan.

Great place to work

Pros

Bullhorn is a great place to work--there's lots of opportunity for career advancement and the people are real. The company's expanding into new areas, and I think there's a lot of potential long term for the company.

Cons

The office in Boston is on three different floors but Art said there are plans for a move.

Growing company

Pros

Bullhorn is fast growing company and with that there are many new opportunities. Great culture and perks like free lunch and breakfast once a week.

Cons

With growth there are lot of growing pains like many process changes and implementing many call center specific regulations and scrips which makes you feel micro managed but management is working to improve these everyday.
