Pros

This is the best company I have worked for during my entire career. Every company has areas in which it can improve and Bullhorn is no different. But, management actively looks for feedback from employees and works to address issues and shortcomings. It's impossible to satisfy everyone, but Bullhorn's management team and managers really care about creating a great culture, great products, and great experiences for customers.

Cons

This company is growing really, really fast. As such, communication can sometimes break down between departments. But, if that's all that can be listed as a 'con' that's a good thing.

This is an awesome review to read- thanks so much for taking the time to write it! Communication is so important; we'll continue to make sure cross-departmental messaging is clear as we grow.

Pros

Bullhorn continues to grow both product wise and employee size wise. This is amazing for anyone willing to work hard and get their career moving. The changes that happen are for growth, rather than the sake of change. Each day brings new opportunities to make your mark on the company and be part of an industry leader.

BDR's Beware! All smoke and mirrors

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to booze it up

Cons

everything else. I worked here for 5 months and not once did i get to even look at the product i was attempting to sell. i'd get on the phone and recite our "message to win" (super corny company mantra) and tell customers how we're obsessed with speed and are the easiest platform to use. it was like a blind man trying to sell real estate. i was also told that i'd be working 9-5 upon accepting the job. i have no problem putting in extra hours and doing what needs to be done, but not for 35k!!! my advice is go elsewhere if you are looking for a BDR position

This is tough to hear - we never want someone to leave Bullhorn feeling this way. Our sales training program is pretty extensive, so I'm wondering if somehow something was missed during your onboarding. I want to make sure that there aren't other BDRs feeling the same way as you. Can you please reach out to me at s.greenwell@bullhorn.com so we can set up some time to talk through your experience?
