      Pros

      We get to work with new technologies, management listens to ideas in building the best products we can. Tries to promote from within. Not afraid of company wide initiatives to improve the way we operate as a whole. The company is growing quickly which mean opportunities are everywhere.

      Cons

      Work can get really busy and hiring good people has been a long and tough process. It feels like we are a little on the lean side at times.

      Pros

      Fun place to work with good employee comoradory and encompassing benefits. A true SAAS solution which is the market leader with a truly superior product make it a satisfying experience to work there. Innovation is one of the core values that is followed and also makes for interesting work. Senior and mid level management all seem to be quite intelligent and recognize and reward good performance.

      Cons

      Located in downtown Boston which can make commuting difficult. Growing pains as lower level management seems to be constantly shuffled and internal process and internal tracking systems seem to be constantly in flux.
