I worked here for 5 months and not once did i get to even look at the product i was attempting to sell. i'd get on the phone and recite our "message to win" (super corny company mantra) and tell customers how we're obsessed with speed and are the easiest platform to use. it was like a blind man trying to sell real estate. i was also told that i'd be working 9-5 upon accepting the job. i have no problem putting in extra hours and doing what needs to be done, but not for 35k!!! my advice is go elsewhere if you are looking for a BDR position

Management is sloppy and slipshod. Very little feedback is given to the employee on how they are doing in regards to their work. Management is also very disrespectful towards their employees. HR does very little to resolve issues. Verify fast paced environment. Expect to put in long hours with little if no recognition for your hard work. They also PI (Predicative Index) their employees, both existing and new. This is really a tool for management to weed out employees regardless on how well they perform or how dedicated they are to the company and its vision.
