Pros

Great benefits. Health, dental, and vision is very good and doesn't cost much. This could be an awesome company to work for, but unfortunately the starting path of T1 isn't what it used to be. Hopefully that changes.

Cons

Leadership here doesn't listen much to T1 advice. Expect a lot of rough patches that last a long time. Most of what makes this position bad could be easily resolved, but it looks better on a report that we do a lot of work with less than the required amount of people. The pay should be higher for this position because the quarterly bonuses have become very hard to obtain due to always being understaffed. When things get crazy, the buck tends to get passed down to support for us to do the legwork. You will be asked to do more and more and given less time to do it. Unfortunately they don't staff up until they've pressed the limits of support to the maximum and people start quitting. Although they "promote from within" you won't get a promotion unless you find a clique. Work ethic doesn't help promotions here so you'll want to be socially outgoing and go to after-work events. If you have any interest in a career here, never bring up anything negative to leadership. Once you do that, you're pretty much tainted.

Pros

The culture and people that you work with daily are amazing

Cons

They pay 20% less than what glassdoor suggests but try and convince you that its fair pay. Constant pressure from upper management to deliver more than you are capable of. Getting promoted to senior level or getting raises basically requires you to get a job offer from somewhere else and come back to get a slightly worse offer from Bulhorn

Hi there. Glassdoor salaries are reported by actual employees, not by Bullhorn. For the other cons/advice in your review, I'm wondering if you've actually talked to your leader or HR about these. I see you're a current employee, so make sure you bring forward your concerns- we don't want you coming to work each day feeling this negative.

Pros

Great people to work with. Fun environment.

Cons

Salaries are really low. Recruiters made it sound like they give out raises quickly, but they don't.

Your red ratings across the board tell me that there's more going on here than upset over your salary. If you are unhappy in general, and you have not seen the increases you were expecting, chances are there's a disconnect somewhere. I encourage you to have open dialogue with your manager about expectations- not just around salary, but the competencies it takes to be a high performer. HR is always an available resource, as well. We're happy to share how salaries are determined, and provide guidance on talking points with your manager.
