Pros

SaaS experience BA experience Met some awesome people ( none still work there)

Cons

My last manager. Lack of support in transition into a new role. Sales Boys Club (others mentioned frat culture—very prominent). Fake “we are family; we are one” culture. Extreme “behind your back” whispers—from management! Lowest pay in the industry. Tribal knowledge.

Oof - this is a hot review. I"m struggling to pin point where in the org you were given your former role exists in a few of our functions. I just want to make a clarifying point - we intentionally don't talk about ourselves as a family - we're not. We're a business, and while we care deeply about being human, it means that we sometimes needs to make decisions that are hard and impact people. We always try to do right when we are in that situation. Your comment about acquisitions, layoffs and Engage are misguided. We acquire companies in order to grow our business and create opportunities for our employees, we've done one single % digit org wide layoff in 18 months (and transparently, a few small restructures in certain functions) and Engage is actually a sales event that has a larger ROI. I'm sorry to see that you left our organization with such a bad taste in your mouth. We aim to do much better than that. Happy to take any feedback if you ever want to share more directly. Wishing you the best in what's next! - Kelley Morse, Chief People Officer.

Horrible Company

Business Outlook

Pros

Leaving this company for an actual employer who values their employees

Cons

- Horrible Pay - Management is incompetent and is disrespectful towards employees - I was told I was getting fired because I wasn’t meeting the performance metrics even though I received a performance bonus every quarter for meeting my metrics - I was fired right before I was set to receive my performance bonus - Staff is racist and treats you like a number instead of an actual human being

I'm sorry to see that you feel this way about your time with us. As always, I'll throw it out there - happy to confidentially chat about your perspective if you'd ever be open to it. I disagree with many of your statements on the whole, but that doesn't mean there aren't possibly areas where we could improve in certain areas. However, we need to have insight into them in order to understand. And yes, we did do one layoff back in late '23, but we do not do regular layoffs. Reach out anytime. Best - Kelley Morse, CPO
