We acknowledge that this is a fast-paced and challenging work environment that might not be for everyone. However, over 80% of our support team is successfully meeting or exceeding expectations while working within the bounds of a normal 40-hour week. We value constructive feedback and in fact, many of the changes we are implementing quickly have been in response to the team's input. We cannot implement all the feedback we hear, but that does not mean we are outright dismissing it. If you have specific ideas for improvement, we encourage you to continue share them with leadership so we can continue to refine our work. We are human, and we might break a few things along the way, but that doesn't mean we don't care about the employee experience. If you feel that your feedback isn't landing with the management teams, please feel free to reach out to your HRBP, Todd Williams, or our CPO Kelley Morse. - Megan O'Donoghue

Pros

Core values embedded in the culture Encourages diversity in thought and curiosity Work hard/play hard environment Most people are amazing to work with and want to collaborate to solve problems Parent friendly workplace

Cons

One challenge of working here is that the pace of change can be very fast, which can sometimes make it difficult to find a balance between strategic planning and day-to-day execution. However, this also creates opportunities for innovation, adaptability, and professional growth, as we navigate these changes together as a team."

Thanks for taking a few minutes to share this! I agree our pace is FAST and that finding the right balance is difficult - mostly because we hold the bar high for ourselves! Lean into asking for input from your leader on how to juggle, and/or getting mentorship from those who have been in your shoes before. Thanks for the last 3-4 years, let's keep it going into 2025!

Pros

Dramatic title, right? Haha unfortunately “trauma” is the only way to describe how horrible my former bosses and comapanies were… until I arrived at Bullhorn. Ok here are my pros… - leaders want you to take your PTO… like actually take it w/o the guilt of asking for time off - sales leaders not only recognize how tough the year has been, but commend us for our grit this year vs. reprimanding and threatening to fire people - my boss (and his boss) BOTH sent me a genuine, sincere text on both Thanksgiving and Christmas, AND sent me a Christmas gift from each of them personally… I’ve never in my life had a boss take the time and effort to do that - you’re afforded opportunities to learn and grow and be mentored… no one “throws you into the fire” and you’re given the opportunity to actually master your craft - the entire company, CEO to leaders to trainers to engineers to support to product to sales, EVERYONE is held accountable against our core values, and it is discussed frequently - last but certainly not least… Bullhorn’s product is the best out there. Easy to sell with the name alone

Cons

There is zero micromanagement at least from my experience in sales… the only con would be if you can’t hold yourself accountable in an independent role then it’ll be hard to work here.
