Pros

-unlimited PTO -supportive direct leadership

Cons

-compensation is not currently 'fair' for the work executed -high workloads that continue to become larger and larger, especially as layoffs and reductions take place, you inherit additional work from those who depart the company, and you are not compensated for it -no light at the end of the tunnel currently for things turning around

Hi - Appreciate you taking a minute to give some feedback. You have some concerns that are important and meaningful to you, so as a current employee, let's TALK! It can be totally confidential, and I think it would be helpful to have a two way dialogue. My slacks are open, my calendar is open, let's grab a few minutes together! Kelley

Thanks for taking a few minutes to share your perspective on working here. While one of our virtual engagement activities is a cocktail/mocktail making class, we also offer a number of other alternatives. All of our remote employees can choose what they prefer, so I'm not sure why you didn't select these other options. Best of luck in your next career chapter. - Kelley Morse, CPO

Evolving creatively

Pros

I've been with Bullhorn for a long time and seen a ton of growth and development. Sometimes decisions make me nervous and apprehensive, but I'm always confident that the change will not stick around if it doesn't work. Bullhorns ability to evolve with the needs of clients, employees, and the market. A company being willing to be creative and evolve results in career growth and promotion capability that I've really appreciated during my time here. I'll also note that the benefits (unlimited pto, parental leave, health insurance, 401k matching) in the US is really great.

Cons

If you struggle with change or ambiguity, Bullhorn is probably not the place for you. I do know there's pockets of leadership not as strong as other places in the company, but Bullhorn has done a good job evolving this for the better through training and breaking down silos.
