Mission Statement: Create an incredible customer experience. What impresses me most about Bullhorn is their ability to live by their mission statement while creating an incredible employee experience at the same time. The company cares about the growth and success of their employees. There is always opportunity at Bullhorn to grow your skills in order to move up within the organization. On top of all of this, the culture at Bullhorn is very welcoming and allows for the work life balance that we all need. I can honestly say during my almost 4 years at Bullhorn there has never been a dull or boring moment. The fast paced environment makes the days fly by.

Cons

As with most companies, interdepartmental communication has been a challenge over the years. However, Bullhorn has put forth great effort to improve this by creating more cross functional teams and initiatives. Breaking Silos has been a huge initiative to ensure employees from across different departments are coming together to talk about their roles, initiatives and challenges. This allows teams to care personally and challenge more directly creating an environment of trust that leads to more radical candor.

Pros

Bullhorn culture is great within the internal networks. With their benefits (unlimited PTO) it is hard to match that piece. For the most part it is easy to get along with everyone you work with. No dress code is a plus too!

Cons

I would consider this a resume builder company. Unless you are part of "the boys club" you will not be promoted frequently (if ever) let alone receive a fair pay increase (if any increase at all). Would not recommend for long term career growth.

Your "boys club" comment really catches me off-guard. We have a big focus on gender equality, and here in HR monitor all promotions and increases to ensure fair treatment. We also ensure managers receive ongoing training and development on how to be effective leaders. This review indicates you are a current employee; come talk to us.

Pros

Benefits while not comparable between work locations were pretty reasonable.

Cons

Poor management. Lack of communication. Loss of vision and what vision people had varried between individuals. Work environment shifted in favor of better numbers at a huge cost to morale. Lack of sincere care for the people on the ground paving the way for the companies success. Getting promotions meant you had to be friends with someone in power. Great workers who deserved promotions were often left sitting because someone else played politics better regardless of the quality of work done.

Your statements around lack of care for employees and playing politics for promotions are a bit baffling. We've promoted over 100 individuals so far this year, across all levels and locations. We put every manager through leadership training, and send bi-annual leadership surveys to all employees to allow for anonymous feedback- which our HR team takes action on.
