Pros

Most people are really nice at first but as time goes on it starts feeling heavily like wayfair.

Cons

most people are new. Told in my first 1 on 1 that I need to stay in my lane and stop closing out ticket so fast. Contractory info fromt he actual manager who told me he wanted me to learn how to do everything on the network and server side.

Hey - Sorry to see that your time here didn't leave you with a good taste in your mouth. I've asked my team to look into this just to understand a bit more of the context and so that we can coach the managers as necessary. While it didn't work out here, I wish you the best of luck in your future career moves. - Kelley Morse, CPO

Pros

none that come to mind

Cons

very toxic environment where the company only cares about the clienteles experience over the mistreatment of its staff. Week training and thrown into a product you have no idea how to support.

If you don't feel as though you have the right training to do your job, please reach out - to me, Megan, Todd, Sarah - anyone of us want to ensure our valued employees have the right resources to do their jobs. We do not stand for the "mistreatment" of our employees, so if there is something happening, please reach out to me personally for a confidential meeting so I look into the matter. - Kelley Morse, Chief People Officer

Pros

I think there are several pro's working at Bullhorn. I have felt valued here since day one. I have had my leadership team take an interest in me, assure me of the job I'm doing. I don't wonder whether or not I'm making a difference, I'm told often. While there has been a lot of change, it's to be expected with an ever changing market and a company that grew so quickly. But I've seen the Exec Leadership take feedback, apply it, be humbled, apologize and take verbal beatings in Townhalls by employees. That's more than I can say for a lot of organizations I've been a part of. No one at BH is perfect, but I've seen the good intentions of SO many people here, even if execution misses the mark. I don't think it's for lack of trying.

Cons

I think growing so fast may have put some green leaders in roles they weren't ready for, but I believe stronger leaders are helping develop and coach them to where they need to be.
