Pros

I love the people I work with, and my team is made up of some of the most intelligent, creative, and hardworking people I know. Bullhorn really prioritizes career development, company culture, and uplifting its employees, three things that have kept me here for over 5 years. While every team's experience may differ, overall, I think Bullhorn's leadership team does a great job of communicating company updates and ensuring everyone at the company understands what our core strategy means for them and their job. On top of that, Bullhorn offers great benefits, a generous PTO policy, and tons of learning and development opportunities,

Cons

If pivoting and handling ambiguity is not your strong suit, Bullhorn may be a tough environment for you. Since the nature of our industry changes often due to market shifts or economic uncertainty, we also need to be able to pivot and remain agile as a result. This often means changing priorities or updating strategies on a dime... something that can be tough to get used to!

Great company to work for

Pros

I joined the company as part of an acquisition; professionally speaking, that was the best thing that could have happened to me. Bullhorn provides and promotes an environment where you can achieve pretty much anything you set your mind to. Senior leadership will champion your growth and help support you every step of the way if that is what you want out of your career. Constructive feedback to anything and everything is valued and welcomed, ensuring the business continuously evolves and improves for us as employees as well as our customers. I know this company culture is not something that should be taken for granted, but valued and cherished.

Cons

The remote-first environment brings definite benefits, but I tend to miss interactions with colleagues who don't join social gatherings or come into the office occasionally. It can limit your contacts to just those you work with frequently, instead of having a bigger group of colleagues to enjoy and get to know.

Appreciate this review! It's not always easy to come in from an acquisition, but it can open up a ton of new opportunities. I am glad that has been the case for you and you've found a home at Bullhorn. This is really good feedback, and acknowledgement for us as a whole and a leadership team. Please keep the communication flowing and if this ever changes for you, let's talk! THANK YOU! - Kelley Morse, CPO

Pros

Bullhorn has great perks & tons of room for growth! I have been with Bullhorn for 6 years now, and in that time received 5 promotions! We have an incredible culture and the Founder (Art) is one of the nicest & most genuine people I have met. He created our "Core Values" which are essentially behaviors that our customers AND BH employees recognize. If you are living the Core Values with our clients and your teammates, you are absolutely going to be successful at Bullhorn and have a blast doing it!

Cons

Since I am in Sales and going onsite with clients (typically at least once a quarter), my only con would be when I am booking flights & hotels I normally have to front the cost and expense it after the fact. This is not a big deal because I get the points and the expense is normally approved quickly but just something to be aware of!
