Pros

Used to be great years ago

Cons

Many tenured and well liked higher ups were replaced with external hires who have actively tanked the company. Big clients began planning to leave, company morale always at an all time low, and C-Suite individuals were hostile and aggressive with employees by the time I left.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry to hear that your experience in later years didn’t match the strong start you mentioned. Leadership transitions and business shifts can be tough, and we know they impact people differently. While every experience is personal, we know that sometimes shifts in direction or culture may no longer feel like the right fit, and that’s okay. If you ever want to share more, my door or HR’s is always open. We’re always listening and committed to moving forward thoughtfully. - Altimeze Nunez, Director TA & HR Business Partner

We acknowledge that this is a fast-paced and challenging work environment that might not be for everyone. However, over 80% of our support team is successfully meeting or exceeding expectations while working within the bounds of a normal 40-hour week. We value constructive feedback and in fact, many of the changes we are implementing quickly have been in response to the team's input. We cannot implement all the feedback we hear, but that does not mean we are outright dismissing it. If you have specific ideas for improvement, we encourage you to continue share them with leadership so we can continue to refine our work. We are human, and we might break a few things along the way, but that doesn't mean we don't care about the employee experience. If you feel that your feedback isn't landing with the management teams, please feel free to reach out to your HRBP, Todd Williams, or our CPO Kelley Morse. - Megan O'Donoghue
