They pay well You get good benefits They have good technology

Cons

They will exhaust every bit of you and bleed you dry and then blame you for being burnt out Quantity is more valuable than quality You are disposable, and they make certain you know that no matter how many years you have been there... you are easily replaced. Management cares more about their image than the people they serve or those who work for them

Pros

The opportunity to help others and show folks kindness in a difficult moment. It isn't fun to apply for government assistance and everyone needs compassion. I was happy to be able to offer that.

Cons

We had little autonomy and weren't even allowed to walk around downtown during our 15 minute breaks. We had to stay in the building or parking lot.
