      Pros

      Previous to the buyout of Arkos Field Services there were many positives.....now I would say it's difficult to think of a positive thing to say about it.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, communication is darn near nonexistent, to many chiefs and not enough Indians, misunderstanding of regional work and international differences.

      Late response, Conservative company culture. Slow development of fundamental technology. Rapid growth of competitors. No benefit, healthcare system .
